Vinyasa flow is a style of yoga that is based on flowing from one pose to the next. It’s a popular, modern form of yoga and often challenging enough to release limiting patterns.
Each of my Vinyasa Flow classes blend modern movement science with Eastern yogic practices such as pranayama, meditation and philosophy to help you connect to your innate beauty and peace.

Classes are open to all levels. Modifications, props and gentle hands-on assisting will be given to meet you where you’re at. Read more about classes to see which one might suit - active, dynamic Vinyasa or gentle, passive Yin. If you have an injury or medical condition, please seek medical advice from your specialist first.
All equipment is provided, however BYO mat is encouraged. There's a bathroom to change and a kitchen with filtered water and organic tea on offer. Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early to check in and settle in. Respect your fellow yogi's by keeping the studio room a quiet zen space. All belongings are left in the storage cupboard, no devices in the studio. Cash or internet banking only.
