Each week classes are refreshed with new teachings and a themed based on ancient yoga wisdom. Simone’s classes are never just about making shapes. She integrates yogic philosophy, guided meditations, mantra, mudra, yoga nidra and Ayurveda into the physical practice (asana). Leave feeling calm yet alive.

New too yoga? You are most welcome. Modifications of poses are offered to meet you were you are at in your practice – this class suits both beginners as well as those after a challenge. While this class does require some level of physical ability, yoga props as well as hands-on assisting will also be offered at times to help you find the correct and safe alignment of poses.

Please note, Wednesday night Vinyasa Flow runs immediately before Yin Yoga at 6:45pm, giving you the option of two classes (two hours) back-to-back on this evening.
Vinyasa Flow is more dynamic and challenging as opposed to Yin which is mainly floor-based and therapeutic. However, expect an even deeper restorative, healing and balancing affect when taking the two classes together.
