Perfect for those that want to build strength, find more mobility and bring balance back to an over OR under-worked body and mind.
We’ll flow through a modern vinyasa flow that will help you connect to your inner god or goddess as well as practice breathing techniques (called pranayama) that will help you deepen your awareness of your body and mind and tap into your inner bliss.
Each class is themed based on ancient yoga wisdom and philosophy that Simone delivers to suit our modern lifestyles – its a body of tools, including Ayurveda, that she integrates into the physical practice to to help you live your best life off the mat.
To finish, you’ll be guided through some yoga nidra, body scan and/or relaxation to encourage self-healing, restoration and stillness (i.e. meditation). Leave feeling centered, empowered and able to take on the world!
Modifications of poses are offered to meet you were you are at in your practice – this class suits both beginners as well as those after a challenge. Yoga props as well as hands-on assisting will also be offered at times to help you find the correct and safe alignment of poses.
*Please note that while all vinyasa flow classes are open level, Tuesday’s vinyasa flow at 9:15am is a slowed down/alignment-based version with more time for props and variations. It may suit those with rehabilitating from injury, those new to yoga or anyone starting their practice later on in life.
