COVID-19 update: classes start back Tuesday May 26th with a reduced timetable. Tuesday Yin and Friday Vinyasa (no Sunday Vinyasa) – please book your space as classes are limited to 10. In being mindful of keeping you and our community safe, please read our level 2 procedures below

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

Classes will be limited to 10, and for contact tracing purposes; please book (and pay) in advance

The studio will be thoroughly cleaned before opening and once a week – all surfaces will be wiped down after every class

Please set your mats up at least 1 metre apart – limiting the class to 10 yogi’s will give us plenty of space to do this in our large studio room

Please bring your own mat and blanket to class – you are welcome to bring a strap and block/s if you own them, however classes will be taught prop free

If you need to use a studio mat, please bring a towel for the top and sanitise thoroughly after class with studio mat cleaner

Wash your hands upon arrival or use the hand sanitizer at the entrance

There will no hands on adjustments and instead verbal instruction and demonstrations only

Please maintain social distancing on entry/exit – you are welcome to take your footwear off downstairs and bring your personal belongings into the studio room to avoid any congestion near the usual storage cupboards

Please bring your own water, the kitchen will be closed

Please cancel your booking if you can’t make it, or find you are unwell, so I can give the space to someone else wanting to come

You are welcome to pre-purchase a 5 x class pass ($13 per class – total $65) or pay per class $15. Please deposit this into the studio bank account before class – details on Rates page

ALL LEVELS

 

Classes are open to all levels. Modifications, props and gentle hands-on assisting will be given to meet you where you’re at. Read more about classes to see which one might suit - active, dynamic Vinyasa or gentle, passive Yin. If you have an injury or medical condition, please seek medical advice from your specialist first.

ARRIVING


All equipment is provided, however BYO mat is encouraged. There's a bathroom to change and a kitchen with filtered water and organic tea on offer. Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early to check in and settle in. Respect your fellow yogi's by keeping the studio room a quiet zen space. All belongings are left in the storage cupboard, no devices in the studio. Cash or internet banking only.
