Perfect for anyone wanting to build strength, find more mobility and a better sense of wellbeing. Simone weaves yoga’s ancient philosophy and Ayurvedic wisdom into every class – leave feeling empowered and centered. Beginners + experienced welcome.

RESTORATIVE

A special Wednesday evening class to help you let go of effort, de-stress and allow for true health and wellness. Leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Each 60 minute class offers a deeply nourishing mind-body-breath release for anyone, new to yoga or not.

YIN

Slowly relax into poses for longer to nourish the body’s deep tissues and create optimal communication to the organs. This practice is becoming well-known for releasing deeply lodged tension patters and facilitating profound changes of mind and body.

- Doors open 15 minutes before class to allow you to register, talk to your teacher and settle into your space
- All equipment is provided – we do welcome BYO mat, bolster and eye pillow

- Keen to develop your practice at your own pace and time? Or do you have a group in need of mind-body nourishment? Private yoga could be the answer
