VINYASA FLOW

Perfect for gals and guys that want to build strength, find more mobility and bring balance back to an over or under-worked body and mind. Move to crafted playlists and leave feeling empowered and centered. Beginners + experienced welcome.

YIN

A deeply therapeutic, floor-based yoga practice where poses are held for longer periods. Through a place of surrender, yin targets the body’s energetic system and fascial tissue to create optimal communication, mobility and structure throughout the body and mind.

VINYASA fundamentals

A four-week beginners course for anyone new to yoga or those that would like a refresher to boost confidence. Expect to fall in love with yoga. Check out the upcoming dates or talk to us about arranging your own private one-on-one or group sessions.

  • You can be sure our timetable you see here is always up-to-date
  • Please book ahead for VINYASA fundamentals, it’s our four-week beginners course offered four times a year
  • You don’t need to book for other classes, just turn up 10 mins early to register
  • All of our classes are OPEN level – first-timers and experienced welcome, modifications, props and hands-on assisting will be given to meet you we’re you’re at
  • We have eco-friendly mats and blankets available, however BYO is encouraged
  • Doors open 15 minutes before each class – cash or bank transfer only please. Check out our rates.
  • Can’t see a class time that suits? Talk to us about a private yoga session.
  • Be first to hear about new classes, specials and outdoor spring/summer events as well as our ‘feel-good’ workshops by requesting to join the Tickle My Feet Yoga Facebook Group.
  • We close during NZ school + public holidays – we realise not everyone keeps track of these dates, but if you join our Facebook group, we will remind you with a post when this is.
  • Please note Monday class starts Sep 24th and Thursday classes, Oct 18th.

One-to-one teaching is ideal if you want to progress your yoga practice or heal your body at a level that suits you.
Group sessions are also available to meet your specific sporting, student or team goals.
